[News for this week? Major Armstrong, Kimblee, Archer and McDougal went home.

...Which means Winry is here all alone with you and that someone else from Amestris, who might be your friend too. The fake name Winry heard a long time ago, doesn't still ring any bell in her head, and who knows which version of Amestris she knows.]

[She's reaaaaaaaaaaaally hesitant about contacting you, because of obvious reasons... Even if it's not so bad here, and you're from that other world either. Who knows what you did there? Nope, she doesn't want to know.

So, coming here isn't the easiest thing to do, but she's kind of thinking about this for some reasons.]

[And she can literally hear Ed and Al yelling at her about this inside her head. Just means that this is one of the worst ideas in their opinion, and Winry KNOWS it, but... They're not here.

Geez, if those boys want to keep a girl away from someone, then could they at least stay around in a world with no known way out and not ... appear and disappear so soon after their arrival all the time?]

[No. This is a bad idea and she shouldn't even consider doing this. She's kind of tempted to throw her gear away and forget about this.

What is she even going to say, or what is she even doing here? Ummmh...]

[But, umm, it's not like he has ever done anything bad to her here? No, actually, he's been helpful here. Not like Ed or Al would ever believe it, or most others either, but...]

[...This is ridiculous, she should just go ahead and say something! Ummm... Yeah, the problem? She's still not sure what to say, or about anything here really.]

[...But it's kind of crazy.

First when she got here, there were some from Amestris. It's not like she'll ever forget her first day in Mahogany Town while she's here, talking to people via this weird device.

And then even more people from Amestris arrived, and then Ed went home, but he came back. And then Mister Hughes came here, but Winry disappeared in a month after that...

...And then she came back to find out that Ed and Al weren't here anymore and that Ed had been here for a while and that some other people had been here too and that most people were still here. She even had the chance to meet Mister Hughes again before he left, and text with Roy before he left too.

Not to mention Ed and Al bouncing here, spending some time with her, and disappearing again.

...It's not like she can honestly say that she's sad to not have people like Kimblee around though. She can't, not after being in Briggs and after everything else - like seeing Ed's jacket here and knowing where the hole came from.

Although yes, she's actually sad that Armstrong isn't around anymore, but he deserves to be surrounded by his actual military friends.

She really misses Ed, Al and some others in some way every single day.

TLDR?!

Just means that having just three people from Amestris around makes Winry feel kind of sad, small ~~sorry Ed~~, and really lonely.]

[Right. Okay. Still hesitant about calling you, at all, geez why does it have to be so difficult? Should she? Should she not?]

[You know, she never knows how Envy will react to thing and this call might just make her mood even worse, but...]

[OH GEEZ, IS SHE A MOUSE OR A ROCKBELL LADY?! Yeah, definitely not a mouse, and unless someone changed her last name, she's still a girl from that wonderful ~~kickass~~ family.

Now, let's just push that one button to make a call to this guy called Envy...]

Hey, Envy. It's Winry. [Pause, so long that you can count to 5-10 depending on your speed.] I -- Did you notice that Kimblee, Archer and McDougal disappeared?

[Yeah, Envy's definitely noticed that Kimblee and Archer are gone, at least. Finding random new Pokemon in his PC and figuring out who they belonged to before is starting to get really old. He doesn't like that those two are gone, he got along well with them and Archer was the only person from his own world. That, and it means that his little group of people he likes has shrunk even more.]

[This time he's not so much depressed as he is angry. He doesn't pick up the 'Gear when it first dings for New Message, but around ten minutes later he finally does check to see who it is that's messaging him. It might be France, after all...but France could always find him to talk in person. So who?]

[Oh. He's getting a call from Winry? Well, that means she's still here at least.]

[It's something he sure wasn't expecting after not hearing from her for a while, and they aren't really friends. But there's no reason not to respond, right? And on second thought, he was probably going to call her about this same thing anyway. There's not many Amestrians left. He can do just fine without any of them, but...it wasn't really a good feeling to be the only one before.]

[And damn, that's even more people than he thought had gone. He definitely won't miss Armstrong, or that McDougal guy, but still. It's the principle of the thing.]

Hey. [He's making a very good attempt to not sound so angry!]

Yeah, I knew about Archer and Kimblee, some of their Pokemon wound up with me. Didn't know about those other two, though.

[Pause.]

There's not many of us from Amestris left.

[Kimblee, Archer, McDougal - who ever he is, not that Winry knows anything else but name and face from the network - and Armstrong... Is it the season for people from Amestris to go home?

Good, good, Envy, don't sound too angry, though Winry would probably understand why.]

Some of their pokemon ended up to me too, I got one from Major Armstrong too. [She really is the only one from the good side of Amestris left here, huh? Maybe.]

[She pauses too. There's not many, does that really mean there's still more than these two? Time to go fishing like Ed and Roy would do!]

We're not the only ones left, there's someone else - or some others - too?

[Curious, surprised sounding answer. She fooled everyone at Briggs, even Kimblee, so this should work when it's just an audio.]

[It does work, he's not suspicious that she's fishing! ...But he also knows that if he gives away Lust's secret identity to anyone she might actually murder him. His response sounds completely natural.]

Oh, yeah, there's also Isabella, I talk to her sometimes. I don't think she's gone.

[Lust had better not be gone.]

[Oh, good. She's still good at it. Not that she actually needs it for anything, usually, but it's a good skill to have on rare occasion.]

I'm not sure. Maybe. At least I don't talk to her on any regular basis.

[Or ever she could add. Isabella? The name is different from the sins, but then again, Envy told her a fake name at first too. ...So, um, let's not jump into any conclusions or straight-forward questions here, never mind the huge temptation to ask which side she's from.]

Just three of us left, huh? Feels kind of crazy considering how many there have been...

She doesn't talk on the network a whole lot, so it's not surprising.

Yeah...there were a lot of us. But before Ed showed up the first time I'd been the only one for a while, so it's not quite as crazy for me. I think I might have been the first one here period.
