Second, are you into training and all that kind of thing?

How many people have you gotten with it so far?

And yeah, I've been training all five years I've been here. I have most of the badges and everything, why?

You're a very smart man.

A friend of mine and I were talking recently about Pokemon abilities and moves and all the different stuff they can do, but how there's nothing to show it all off except battles. And not everybody's into battles, plus there's a lot more to their abilities than just fighting each other. So we're trying to start up contests and games and things for showing off your Poke and trainer moves.

That could really work. I battle, but hell, even some of mine aren't really into it. They could use something to do.

What kinds of contests were you thinking?

Exactly!

Well, we were thinking different events that could focus on different types, and a big obstacle course with each station being way easier to get by with specific moves, so you need to be creative and utilize your whole team. And there'd be different events for the different seasons. Like water stuff in the warm weather and snow stuff in the cold.

But that's all we have, we were hoping people would have some suggestions...

Hmm...well there's the big obstacle course, what about smaller games for just certain skillsets? Like...I don't know, really extreme frisbee or lifting contests?

Yeah, we want to have those, too! We just don't really know what. Those sound good, though. Oh, and maybe something where you have to melt a huge thing of ice fastest using your fire types!

What about...for ghost types, which one can come up with the scariest trick or illusion?

That one might be a little hard to find willing judges for, though.

...oh yeah. Judges. I hadn't even thought of that....

I wonder if you could get some locals to sign up for it.

They practically live and breathe Pokemon, and they won't randomly vanish on you.

And that way nobody has to worry about not being able to participate in an event because they've got to judge it.

I bet you could even get some of them to want to participate in the events too, it'd make it more exciting the more contestants there are.

Hey, though, there should be things for the Pokemon who're more smart than athletic. Still games, but more...puzzles, I guess.
