CHARACTER SERIES: Fullmetal Alchemist (2003 anime)

Backtagging: Yes, absolutely!
Threadhopping: Sure, so long as they have a reason to be there and aren't interrupting something important.
Fourthwalling: Awesome and fun :D Envy won't recognize anyone, but they are free to recognize him.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Pretty much don't be a huge jerk or say blatantly offensive things and it's all good.

Hugging this character: Go ahead, but if you don't know him well already be prepared for some backlash
Kissing this character: Same as above.
Flirting with this character: By all means, although he is already dating someone in-game so he probably won't be too interested.
Fighting with this character: Sure! He loves fighting.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): It would be great if you could ask before injuring him, and nothing horribly severe like losing limbs. Beating him up might be difficult to pull off unscathed but I'm cool with it.
Killing this character: Since this would just lead to 'whiting out' in Route, I am happy to discuss this sort of plotting, but only if we do discuss it first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Not applicable

Envy is pretty much a huge ass, and is prone to being mean if he's not pretending to be nice. He also likes to get in fights and kick things/people. He's also kind of unpredictable interactions-wise, so it's difficult to say how he'll react to another character before he already is.
