[The feed turns on to show Envy sitting in a bed in what appears to be a room at the Pokecenter. However, that is probably not what you're looking at, as the ex-homunculus looks sort of like he's been hit by a truck ~~named Greed~~. One eye is completely swollen shut, and the other is blackened, he's got a bandage over a split lip, and there are a myriad of bruises everywhere. One wrist can be seen to be in a splint. Chimera the Larvitar is sleeping next to him, and an Ekans' head is also visible. He also looks extremely bored.]

[That boredom changes to panicked indignation when he notices the video is on.] WHAT? Goddamned machine I only wanted fucking--

[JOSTLE JOSTLE hands blankets, then it switches to audio only, where you can barely hear him muttering to himself, his voice sounding very pained.]

Owww...fucking weak human body...

[He speaks up again, sounding happier, as though he is trying to pretend that nobody saw that he was injured.]

[Envy smirks, looking pleased, and eats another chocolate piece before he puts the box down and holds out his good hand for her.]

_{[Humming contentedly, she takes out a cloth tape measure and begins to inspect his hand.]}

[Envy watches her inspect, but he's been wondering something since he met her.]

_{[There's a pause, but then Dee continues measuring his hand.]}

_{[This time she pauses completely, holding his hand in hers as she looks up. It's hard to read the look in her eyes.]}

Why do you want to know that, Envy? Especially in this place.

[He frowns slightly and turns his eyes down, his voice lowering to a mutter. He sounds a little angry, more at the thought of his father than directed at her at all.]

If he's still alive then at least I still have a chance.

_{[No words. Dee just quietly puts down the tape measure and leans over the bed, wrapping her arms around Envy and simply hugging him loosely.]}

Have you ever thought about what you'd do after?

[Well that was definitely new. Envy tenses some at the hug, but after a moment lets himself relax. Not really a point fighting it anyway. He shrugs at the question.]

Just don't give me any lectures on revenge not solving anything, huh?

Like you'd listen anyway. _{[She gives a small chuckle in an attempt to lighten up the mood.]}

But y'know, sometimes revenge doesn't always go the way you plan it to.

[He gives her a bit of a cocky smirk in response to that.] You'd be right about that, heh.

I don't really care how it happens or what happens to me afterwards. So long as it does.

_{[LE SIGH. Oh Envy what will she do with you.]} If you're really concerned about him, than you should focus more on finding a way back home first.

[He snorts.] Oh trust me, I'd be glad to get home as soon as I can. Being stuck like this is getting annoying.
