[Video/voice/action for anyone in the Violet Pokecenter, backdated to Saturday the 13th]

[The feed turns on to show Envy sitting in a bed in what appears to be a room at the Pokecenter. However, that is probably not what you're looking at, as the ex-homunculus looks sort of like he's been hit by a truck ~~named Greed~~. One eye is completely swollen shut, and the other is blackened, he's got a bandage over a split lip, and there are a myriad of bruises everywhere. One wrist can be seen to be in a splint. Chimera the Larvitar is sleeping next to him, and an Ekans' head is also visible. He also looks extremely bored.]

[That boredom changes to panicked indignation when he notices the video is on.] WHAT? Goddamned machine I only wanted fucking--

[JOSTLE JOSTLE hands blankets, then it switches to audio only, where you can barely hear him muttering to himself, his voice sounding very pained.]

Owww...fucking weak human body...

[He speaks up again, sounding happier, as though he is trying to pretend that nobody saw that he was injured.]

Hey, anybody got anything interesting to talk about?

[Secretly, oh so secretly in the depths of his black little heart, he does like that someone is coming to see him.]

Eat some. It'll help with the healing.

[Envy blinks at the ice cream, caught completely off guard. He takes it though with his good hand and grins lopsidedly at France. His broken wrist gives him a little difficulty bracing the tub so that he can get the ice cream out of it, but he manages a spoonful and takes a bite. He immediately looks happier.] This is pretty good.

Thanks.

Here. Eat up.

[Envy frowns slightly, feeling a little embarrassed at being fed. He might need some convincing to accept the help.] I could do it myself...

But this is so much sexier.

[Oh. Hm. Well then.]

[His eyes hold a little bit of a challenge of 'don't you say anything it is totally my idea to agree to this'. However, he can't help the little smirk that forms when he opens his mouth to accept the ice cream.]

You'll be better in no time.

[He's sure to get all of the ice cream off the spoon, keeping his eyes on France while he does, the little smirk still in place.]

I'll believe that. [He laughs a little, then winces when the movement threatens to reopen the cut on his lip.]

What happened? Did you get mauled by a bear?

[Well he didn't really want to reveal who exactly had kicked his ass so thoroughly. He didn't know that France knew Greed at all, but it was better just to be safe.]

Got in a fight. [He smirks a little cockily in an attempt to save his wounded pride.] You should see the other guy.

Eat your ice cream before it melts on you. Or do you want me to have to lick it off?

Hmm, tempting, but then I wouldn't get to eat it~ [He smirks cheekily at him before taking the spoonful, licking it clean almost delicately afterwards.]

Do that again for me, if you please.

[Envy looks up at him a little teasingly, his voice holding a bit of a purring tone.]

If you insist.

He tilts his head back down to the spoon to continue, going slower this time and mostly closing his eyes in a look of pleasure at the sweet taste. If France likes getting free shows, Envy likes giving them to an appreciative audience just as much.]

Exquisite.

[Envy looks a little smug at the compliment, keeping his eyes closed at first, but then opening his working one halfway to look at him mischievously.]

Anything else you want me to do?

You don't have to do anything. Let France take care of you.

Heh. That I could get used to.

You should get better shampoo and conditioner. Your hair is very nice, but it could use a bit more health. I can lend you some of mine, if you like.

[He allows France to pet his head, and sighs.]

I guess I could borrow some. I'm still getting used to have to take care of it.

[He grins.] I used to be able to just transform.

Transform? Does this have something to do with being a created human?

[He nods, looking rather proud of his abilities. Of all his powers, transforming was really the one he missed the most; it was as natural to him as breathing.]

Each of us has an ability like that. Mine is to transform my body into anything I want. I designed this form myself. [He puts a hand to his chest as if to show off.]

It's something to do with us being creatures of alchemy. The alchemy is part of us. My master would know more but I've never cared much for the science behind it. [He shrugs.]

It is an exceptional form.

What is alchemy in your world? In mine, it is an occult predecessor to true chemistry of sorts, but it seems to have a different meaning in yours.
