69th Transformation [video/action for Goldenrod]
[It's early morning on the 12th, barely sunrise. Dew is glinting on the grass, Pidgey are chirping, and the camera is focused on a large bush that looks like it's on the corner of a quiet little street. A Pidgeot is standing next to the bush, leaned all the way down and chirping at something in the bush in a coaxing, reassuring way. The camera wielder is apparently a Lucario, judging by the way it's muttering to itself and the black paw that keeps tapping at the front of the 'Gear.]
[Just what's inside the bush? Anyone watching is going to find out in a second, as the 'Gear is lowered down and shoved through the leaves. Suprise! It's a little kid, no more than eight years old and sporting some familiar wild green hair! A little kid who does not look happy. He was already looking at the Pidgeot with the sort of wary scowl of someone trying to look way more intimidating than they really are, and his eyes narrow further when he sees the 'Gear.]
Hey! I said go away! I could kill you, you know, I'm a monster!
[The 'Gear is withdrawn from the bush with a sad little 'Luuu', and the camera is turned around to face Samus the Lucario, who shrugs. Help??]
[Action]
[Whether through outside help or just the Pokemon finally extracting him themselves, Envy will eventually come out of his leafy hiding spot. He'll be able to be found all over the city for the entire three days, usually lurking out of the way like a nervous goblin. Even if brought inside by someone responsible, he's a little escape artist and none of you are his master! You can't tell him what to do! He'll find her eventually and then whoever stole him will be sorry!]
[Besides, as far as he knows, he hasn't been outside in so long, and sunshine and fresh air are great.]

[Amoz' wuffling is met with the determined and nervous glare of another, much less well behaved child. But then Envy's eyes widen when there's not only another giant mystery animal, but another kid.]
Who are you? Do you live here? Tell your dog to leave me alone.
no subject
Amoz, no. It's just a strange little boy.
[Not all that interesting, as far as she's concerned.]
Why are you in that bush? You'll get bitten by something. There's lots of things around, you know. I have a book.
no subject
I'm escaping, what else would I be doing? Someone stole me, and I have to find my way back home! Moth--master will be mad if I don't.
[He huffs, because this is the most obvious thing in the world.]
And now I can't get out of the bush anyway, because your dog is in the way.
no subject
[He isn't tied up or anything. The doors in the house weren't barred or locked. This is all very strange, yes, but it's not like anyone's being held prisoner.]
He won't bite. He just looks scary. [A pause as she eyes the angry boy.] Unless you're mean to me. He's my protector. He'll bite you then, so you ought to be nice. Have you lost your Ama?
[Because she had to have heard wrong. Surely he said his mother would be angry.]
no subject
[He rubs at his shoulder with one hand, now frowning at the ground and quietly admitting:]
I don't know where this is. Even if I'm not locked up.
no subject
[He looks distraught at that. She sighs and hops down off of Amoz's back.]
It's alright. There's nothing scary here. We just need to find a grown up, to tell us where we are. I'll help you.
no subject
I'm not scared! Just lost!
I'm a homunculus [although he stumbles just a little over the word] so I don't get scared.
[...]
But...I guess. If you really want to come with me, to figure out where we are.
[He has to prove he's not afraid of anything though, so he starts climbing his way out of the bush, past Amoz. The Pidgeot, Kaori, immediately hops over to bob her head and look him over to check if he's okay. And he's still got to not be scared, so while he freezes up a little at the giant bird, he doesn't try to bolt while he gets his mombird inspection.]
no subject
[She doesn't understand the other thing. It's a funny word that seems vaguely familiar, but lots of things seem vaguely familiar.]
There's no grown ups. I didn't go to the other houses, I'm not supposed to talk to strangers.
[Strange little boys don't count. She's pretty sure 'strangers' means 'grown up men she doesn't know'. She watches the big bird, staying close to her bone dog.]
