44th Transformation [video/action for Seafoam Islands | VERY BACKDATED to sometime last week]
[When the feed turns on, the only real illumination is coming from the 'Gear itself and from the brightly flickering tail of a Charizard in the background. They're inside a cave, the walls glittering with ice. Envy is holding the 'Gear and has only a thin veneer of a polite act over his currently very displeased mood. France is standing just behind him, and not looking much better; his expression is a little more openly grudging and frustrated. Their breath is visible even in the low light, and Envy is wearing what appears to be two coats, a scarf, and earmuffs. France is meanwhile dressed in more water resistant clothing.]
Hey, network. We were just wondering if anyone's been through the Seafoam caves recently.
[Envy's grin is very strained, for all he's trying to seem totally calm and relaxed. He's very frustrated. France mutters an addition: ]
No one should come here. It's a God-forsaken place.
[Envy glances back to France, briefly, shifting the 'Gear to keep anyone from seeing the 'halp I don't want to explain to the network that we're lost in a cave' look. This gives anyone watching a clear view of the Charizard and Tyranitar trying to maneuver a huge boulder that's gotten caught in a corner. Then the camera is back on Envy and France.]
There are a lot of boulders blocking the way out. Does anyone know another way around?
[It's a pretty succinct explanation coming from France. They really want out of these caves.]
We'd appreciate any information at all.
[Envy grins again, still too wide to be genuine, and turns off the feed.]
[ooc: Very late post fourth wall joint post! France's dialogue used with permission, and Envy and France will both be replying to threads.]

[You two. Always with the trouble, apparently.]
Any useful moves at all? Strength, Flash?
[But no Flash because who ever thinks to have something with Flash? And as usual, Envy is not sure how to act talking to Cooper outside of trading Tetris scores.]
But the boulders keep getting stuck.
Is there a way around them? If you have a smaller pokémon you could try to send it past and help from the other side or try to find other ways through.
I guess that might work.
[It's grudging, but this is about as close as he'll come to admitting that Cooper's idea is actually pretty good. Maybe he'll send that weird lizard that's been following him since the fourth wall weekend.]
Is this something that's happened to you before?
[And you know, it's okay that Envy doesn't really know how to speak to Coop outside of Tetris scores, cause by the looks of it Coop's not honestly all that interested in chitchatting either other than getting them out of whatever scrape they're in. Answers matter-of-factly, for that reason.]
Not really. It's the first thing you learn when encountering a problem: be creative with what you have at your disposal. What else do you got?
Envy has Strength, but we didn't exactly plan on needing much more than that. This was sort of meant to be a walking holiday at most.
[Your average sensible Cooper advice of the day. He'll return to being Actually Helpful in a minute.]
Oh, how I've wished for an Escape Rope in the last couple hours...
[He pouts now.]
I still don't understand how those work. So much here is still like magic--black magic, but magic all the same.
