37th Transformation [video/action]
[The feed opens on a small rainstorm. But strangely, the 'Gear looks like it's actually a few feet outside where the rain is falling. Looks like somone is making use of Rain Dance, and viewers will soon be able to make out that said someone is Envy. And it's easy to see from here that he's got bright blue splotches down his arms, and a large, more diamond-shaped splotch on his forehead. He's just outside of Saffron on Route 7, and is clearly making use of his new powers.]
[Because hey, even if they aren't his own, why not use them? A few seconds after the feed comes on, he aims a Water Gun at an attacking Rattatta, knocking it out. At his feet are a few more KO'd Pokemon, as well as his own Vaporeon, who looks to be making sure none of the wild Pokemon's attacks actually hit Envy. Because for all he's having fun with his powers, he sure doesn't want to get a Bite to the face or something, and what is fighting fair? This fighting goes on for a few minutes more before the Rain Dance runs out, fortunately around the same time the wild Pokemon do. Envy turns to whichever of his Pokemon is holding the camera, and grins before walking over (he doesn't, however, take the 'Gear. He's learned the hard way already that getting it wet ends badly). Now that he's closer, you can see that his eyes have changed color to bright blue, and have slitted cat's pupils. He also looks very pleased with himself.]
As much of a pain as it was getting these powers, I can't say they don't come in handy. It's about time we got some kind of reward when something insane happens.
[[ooc: Action can happen either out on the route or in Saffron once he's decided to go back!]]

[Yeah, Envy. Just woah.]
[He is enjoying having powers so much
even if they are only level two.][video]
[Henry, the hotel room has a TV, use it.]
I'm guessing that didn't happen to you?
[This is because Heather hasn't set the local park on fire yet.]
Man...I've been so busy trying to find a photography job I haven't been paying attention...You need a super hero name.

Have you ever considered a career in film directing? This has all the trappings of an iconic action sequence.
[Action]
Can't say I have, no. Somehow I get the feeling I'd make a better actor.
[That umbrella is a good thing to have, too, because after a minute it starts raining again; Envy hasn't quite gotten the hang of controlling when that starts and stops.]
[Action]
[France opens the umbrella, which is quite large, moving closer to Envy to offer the extra space to him.]
Should we try a romantic waltz in the rain scene?
[Action]
[And Envy is perfectly happy to accept that offer of space, leaning against France and slipping an arm around his waist. Hopefully France doesn't mind that Envy is soaking wet.]
Sounds like a good scene to me. Which of us is leading?
[Action]
Since you've just had the dramatic montage, it would only be fair that you lead the first dance.
[He winks playfully.]
Of course, you must first ask my hand.
[Action]
Sounds fair. [He grins, taking a step back and holding his hand out like a gentleman. This, he's had plenty of practice at over the years.]
May I have this dance?

[Oh yeah, and quite the smile. When he spots Envy, he waves. It took him a while to get over the whole AUGH SICK thing, but you know what? In the end, this is quite cool.]
[And useful.]
Starting to get why you miss your own so-called powers now, hah.
[Patting his Blitzle on the nose. They're even getting ALONG now.]
[action]
Oh please, nothing 'so-called' about those.
[Although this is said with an easy grin as he walks towards Tulio. There is something instinctively unnerving about the electricity he knows Tulio has, but he manages to ignore that well enough. The Blitzle, however, he's not too eager to get too close to.]
Enjoying yours, huh?
[action]
Oh yeah. Definitely not bad, once we got past the whole oh-no-ouch-why thing.
[It's oddly fun, really. He's normally a lot more cautious but it seems some of the quick, fast electric mentality is affecting him as well.]
[action]
[He doesn't even mind the mutations so much! His aren't nearly as bad as some of the others he's seen.]
How strong are yours, anyway?
[action]
I'm not sure. I was going to find out.
[HEE HEE he'd never actually hurt Envy, though -- he's just playing.]
[action]
You don't have to find out using me.

... Wish I got water powers...

[But at the question, she heaves a sigh and reaches out-- seemingly pulling a curtain aside.]
[She's lying in the bathtub. There's a towel and a pillow underneath her, so apparently it's where she's been sleeping. And...]
[Well, remember when she said she was glad she hadn't gotten sick. Apparently she'd spoken too soon.]
[Her skin has darkened-- almost black in some patches. Blotchy and scorched-looking. Her hair had suffered the same fate. And her eyes, normally a striking but relatively normal amber, are glowing orange like embers.]
Take a guess.
Yeah, I think I can figure it out.
Does it hurt? [There is a small note of concern in his voice, on account of the scorched look.]
[Not physically, anyway... but it hits so close to home that she can feel phantom pains twanging every time a flame licks across her skin.]
[All those memories...]
Not ... really...
[He says it in a tone that's almost teasing, but...not really. And it doesn't take long for him to guess why, because he feels very similarly about being sick and stuck in bed. He remembers what she told him about her original death. He's quieter when he continues.]
The fire, right?
