44th Transformation [video/action for Seafoam Islands | VERY BACKDATED to sometime last week]
[When the feed turns on, the only real illumination is coming from the 'Gear itself and from the brightly flickering tail of a Charizard in the background. They're inside a cave, the walls glittering with ice. Envy is holding the 'Gear and has only a thin veneer of a polite act over his currently very displeased mood. France is standing just behind him, and not looking much better; his expression is a little more openly grudging and frustrated. Their breath is visible even in the low light, and Envy is wearing what appears to be two coats, a scarf, and earmuffs. France is meanwhile dressed in more water resistant clothing.]
Hey, network. We were just wondering if anyone's been through the Seafoam caves recently.
[Envy's grin is very strained, for all he's trying to seem totally calm and relaxed. He's very frustrated. France mutters an addition: ]
No one should come here. It's a God-forsaken place.
[Envy glances back to France, briefly, shifting the 'Gear to keep anyone from seeing the 'halp I don't want to explain to the network that we're lost in a cave' look. This gives anyone watching a clear view of the Charizard and Tyranitar trying to maneuver a huge boulder that's gotten caught in a corner. Then the camera is back on Envy and France.]
There are a lot of boulders blocking the way out. Does anyone know another way around?
[It's a pretty succinct explanation coming from France. They really want out of these caves.]
We'd appreciate any information at all.
[Envy grins again, still too wide to be genuine, and turns off the feed.]
[ooc: Very late post fourth wall joint post! France's dialogue used with permission, and Envy and France will both be replying to threads.]

[Action]
[The beauty of which are currently completely lost on Envy. Chimera, meanwhile, tries to help Louis out by digging at the rock underneath the boulder to shift it and maybe give a better handhold.]
But there can't be no way out.
[Action]
Louis, be careful!
[Louis growls low at France but does land, settling next to the boulder only to kick it like a child frustrated with a toy. France frowns, squinting at the boulder like he wishes, despite his words, to set it aflame, too.]
We could just go back the way we came...
[His tone communicates a good deal of reluctance yet towards giving up.]
[Action]
[Envy sounds just as reluctant to give up. They're not going to lose to a bunch of rocks!]
[Chimera has stopped trying to push at it for now, and is instead shuffling around it, inspecting it consideringly. He's a rock type and he knows rocks, and brute strength is just completely not working here. There must be something...he asks Louis if he could try bracing himself against the wall above the boulder and push with his feet.]
[Not able to speak Pokemon, Envy continues with a frustrated sigh.] I'd tell Chimera to just use Earthquake on it if I didn't think the whole cave would come down on us.
[Action]
Yeah, I don't really fancy a cave-in, and the presence of all these loose boulders doesn't bode too well for structural stability.
[Louis shows his teeth to Chimera, leaning forward in a show of aggression before abruptly grunting his assent and turning to the boulder, tail lashing back and forth as he tries to find a good position to push. He hisses as he shifts into a somewhat awkward position between the wall and the boulders, smoke curling up through his teeth as he pushes mightily. The boulder crunches on the ground, moving a few feet before snagging against deeply embedded rocks in the ground.]
[The noise catches France's attention, and he turns back to the Pokemon.]
Oh -!
[He hurries over, peering into the small space that's been exposed around Louis's side and lit by his tail flame.]
[Action]
Is there a way through back there?
[Action]
[France cranes his head around Louis at different angles as the Charizard drifts to a half-sitting position on the ground, making a long involuntary hum as he searches at what little he can see. Louis growls after a moment, abruptly reaching out and yanking France up awkwardly with one arm, earning a yelp and some flailing.]
Louiiiiiiiis--
[Louis only roars in response and tosses France over himself onto the rocky ground. France hits the ground with another yell, discombobulated.]
[Action]
What the hell'd you do that for?!
[And then he hurries over to France to make sure he didn't hit his head on the rocky floor or something, holding out a hand to help him up and still shooting Louis glares over his shoulder.]
You're not hurt?
[Action]
[France groans, squeezing his eyes shut briefly to help him get his bearings.]
A moment.
[France sucks in a deep breath before opening his eyes again, squinting at the ceiling, blinking hard, then looking to Envy and grimacing.]
Well, I've been worse.
[He frowns suddenly, looking over to Louis and considering him as yellow eyes glower back in the gloom.]
Maybe... Maybe he means for us to climb over him?
[Louis's only answer is to show all of his teeth.]
[Action]
Maybe. Depends on if that expression he's making means 'yes' or if it means he's about to try eating us.
[He then adds, reluctantly,] I guess he might be able to see something from up there that we can't.
[Action]
[France only laughs, lurching upwards into a sitting position and rubbing the back of his head gingerly.]
Oh, Louis is many things, but he hasn't got much of a taste for men.
[France grunts as he get to his feet, grimacing over at Louis.]
Give me a moment, and I'll try climbing him.
